Tickets are in the name of the person who purchased them. To participate in the event, a valid photo ID is required (for Hungarian citizens, an identity card, passport, or driver’s license issued after January 1, 2000; for foreign citizens, a passport)
Ticket Name Change
Give the new person the e-mail address with which your order was placed, as well as the order ID received by e-mail after placing the order.
After that, the new customer must order the festival ticket. On the checkout screen, select the Transferring a previously purchased ticket option. The data of the previous purchase must be entered here. Then the value of the amount to be paid is reset to zero, after placing the order, the new customer receives a successful confirmation. The ticket will be deleted from the old customer. The name change is possible until 00:00 on August 22nd, 2025 – only online. The modification fee is currently free*
Attention! Changing the name is an option for the convenience of customers, there is no legal obligation to do so. The invoice is issued in the name of the first customer, the invoicing data will not be changed during the transfer.
For security reasons, the order number and e-mail address are required to record the ticket transfer. Please be careful who you give this information to. We cannot take responsibility for tickets transferred between customers.

Information on making image and video recordings
At the dance classes and at the events announced on the website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), it may happen that Bachata Sensual – Hungary (Hollósi Péter e.v.) or third parties authorized by it for marketing purposes (e.g. the future to promote events) they occasionally take photos and videos, in which those present as visitors can appear. In all cases, we provide information about these to those present before the recording. Appearing in pictures/videos is voluntary, if the person concerned does not agree to this, they will not be included in these recordings (in a cover-up, i.e. in an unrecognizable way, or we record the pictures from a different camera position where they are not included).
Those affected who consent to the recording on the spot and later wish to withdraw this can do so by filling out the contact form on the website https://www.bachatasensual.hu/contact/ and indicating the specific video/image material (e.g. Facebook, Instagram or YoTube link), in which case they wish to withdraw their consent. Thus, existing materials about the data subjects will be deleted based on point GDPR 17. (1) b).
